Welcome to Bike on Sunday, a cooperative of mountainbikers of different abilities and experience.
Meeting every Sunday at Ballinastoe or Ticknock mountain bike trails for a spin starting at 10am and finishing at approx 11.30am, spins to other trails and any plans or suggestions are most welcome. Everyone welcome.
