Ballinastoe Carpark
Hey ya.... we will be taking a lap around the Ballinastoe route, lots of nice ups and downs, exposed and tricky rocks that
will give you a thrill when you get around them in one go, the awesome flowy bits...Brilliant!!!!!!
should be around 1.5 to 2.0 hours, that should be enough to get us around the course and the pulses racing around the trails on Sunday!!!
